These Terms govern your use of RoxyFoxy Verify (the �Service�), operated by RoxyFoxy Analytics, LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Service description
The Service provides media integrity and verification features based on submitted media and available signals. Outputs reflect analysis at a point in time and are not guarantees of authenticity, truthfulness, identity, or legality.
No endorsement / no guarantees
Verification artifacts (reports, certificates, badges) are analytical outputs. They do not constitute: (a) identity verification, (b) legal certification, (c) journalistic endorsement, or (d) warranties of authenticity.
Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
- Paid plans renew monthly unless canceled.
- You may cancel anytime; access remains through the end of the current billing period.
- Payments are processed through Stripe.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
- No fraud, abuse, or attempts to bypass security or rate limits.
- No misrepresentation of verification artifacts as permanent certification or identity proof.
- No use that violates laws or third-party platform terms.
Revocation & suspension
We may revoke verification status, disable artifacts, or suspend accounts for abuse, policy violations, suspected fraud, or safety/security reasons.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided �as is� without warranties. RoxyFoxy Analytics, LLC is not liable for downstream decisions or damages arising from use of verification outputs.
